TOURS
Mary Evans and her travel partner, Hallie Harron, also a cookbook author,
cooking teacher and former restaurant owner, offer a rotating schedule
of tours, either independently or through other companies. Based in
Paris and Provence, they focus on an insider's view of the true French
passion for all things food and wine related. Armed with a sense of
humor, lack of pretension and an in-depth knowledge of French language
and culinary culture, they take groups of 8 to 12 people on an adventure
in eating and drinking while visiting small neighborhoods, markets,
vinyards and restaurants.

Unpolished Paris
Mary and Hallie are now offering their Unpolished Paris tour to groups
by appointment. The tour includes such features as a French bread-making
demonstration in an authentic boulangerie, a visit to a real Parisian
home, trips to wine bars and wine museums, cooking classes in Parisian

Maison
Mollans
Discover the food, wine and beguiling
charms of the romantic Drôme area of Provence . Nestled in the
heart of France 's Côte du Rhone is our home base, the Maison
Mollans. From there, you'll experience the region through its bustling
markets, wood-burning bakeries, intimate country bistros and breathtaking
countryside. You'll understand why Provence is called the “belly” of
France while shopping for produce, fresh goat cheese and hearth bread.
Sip Rhone wine with the locals, munch on olives cured at the village
mill and sample Mollanais olive oil while learning about regional specialties
through hands-on cooking classes. Come to the land of lavender fields,
olive groves and vineyards and share our Provençal lifestyle.
